Receiving
We require an updated Work-flow sheet for incoming inventory. Where we check it in by cross referencing with the Work-flow. This helps us stay organized and check inventory in, in a timely manor. Meaning we can start fulfilling your orders quickly and efficiently.
Warehousing
Once inventory is checked in, your items go into your designated storage location. We have enough space to accommodate you.
Picking
When a customer places an order and you are notified, we ship the item out to them. Also, if you want to ship to Amazon FBA, we do that also!
Packing
When all your items are picked, its time to pack! All orders are packed securely any way that it is needed. We offer unbranded boxes, bubble mailers, and poly bags. Additional charges may very. We value quality shipping materials to protect your products and achieve the lowest practical dimensional weight. We also optimize packages so that your shipments are not split.
Shipping
We offer many shipping options. Between USPS, UPS, and FedEx are our preferred carriers. We do shop around to get the best quote and shipping rates. Tracking numbers are always provided for the items that have shipped.
Returns
We offer direct returns. If a customer has to return an item, it would be sent back to us and we process the return, either to restock or dispose of item depending on your preference.
