Amazing, professional and kind service!
I’ve been working with Central Wisconsin Prep, Pack and Shipping for the past 7 years now, thousands of units shipped in and out and I’m extremely satisfied. The response time is as fast as you can expect, they work hard to make sure everything is done properly and give excellent service in case of a problem.
Throughout the years I’ve worked with several representatives, each and every one was kind, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. The service is so personal, warm and caring that I honestly sometimes wonder if I’m the only customer there 😉

Excellence Service, very professional, Get the job done
We came from another prep center that was just unprhttp://centralwipreppackandship.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=site-reviewofessional, not helpful and never went beyond. This company has been very professional, courteous, Kayla is so patient. They go way beyond other prep centers. I love that I do not have to worry about doing anything but put my item down, ASIN, buy cost, sell cost, order number and how many items bought. They prep and ship. They put everything in Inventory seller to ship for us. Their fees are good and I just can run my business’ and by change if I have a problem they will let us know. They know Amazon and they have a great process.

Communicative , do what they say, easy to work with
We have been clients of Central Wisconsin Prep over the past 5 years. Each year the working relationship just keeps getting better. Every service provider gives lip service to their performance and claims. Central Wisconsin actually SAYS WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU AND EQUALLY IMPORTANTLY, DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN DO.
They are prompt, efficient and communicative. We are at the point now where i have my team issue inventory directives to their team days before a shipment is due. This is because they receive, inspect and ship all our things the same day for the most part. Yes, they are that fast and good.
If you want a business partner who will treat, process and send out your inventory with the same dedication and attention to detail as you would, look no further. You have found them.

CW Prep has done a really great job with all my shipments and really easy to work with. They are very responsive and detail oriented. They catch mismatched listings and wrong product shipped from my suppliers and communicate right away with me. They also process my inventory very quickly. I’m glad that I found CW Prep. I never have any issues with my shipments to Amazon. Thank you!

I’ve been working with the Central Wisconsin Prep, Pack and Shipping center for about 7 to 8 months now. They’ve been just wonderful since day 1! The entire team is very professional, extremely diligent and detailed in their work, very responsive to emails, quick with their work without sacrificing quality (which is impressive) and are always willing to go above and beyond to help!
At times they have also provided sound advice and valuable guidance when needed, which further showcases their knowledge of this business.
Working with Kayla, DuWayne (Laneah and a few others that I have worked with in the past) make you feel as if you’re working with your teammates, and that we’re all part of one large team, which is quite comforting.
