When a customer places an order and you receive the notification, we promptly ship the item to them. Additionally, if you're looking to send items to Amazon FBA, we handle that as well!

Once all your items are selected, it's time to pack! Every order is packaged securely in the method that best suits its needs. We provide unbranded boxes, bubble mailers, and poly bags. Additional fees may apply. We prioritize quality shipping materials to safeguard your products while minimizing the overall dimensional weight. Additionally, we ensure that packages are optimized to avoid splitting your shipments. 

We provide a variety of shipping options, with USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our preferred carriers. We compare rates to ensure we get the best quotes for shipping. Tracking numbers are always provided for shipped items.

We provide direct returns. When a customer needs to return an item, it will be sent back to us for processing. We will either restock the item or dispose of it based on your preference.
